Biography
Kyunghee Yang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice area is antitrust and competition.
After being admitted to the bar of Korea, Ms. Yang worked as the head of the Fair Trade Team of the Dispute Mediation Bureau and the head of the Franchise Support Team at the Mutual Cooperation Bureau at the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency. Ms. Yang has first-hand experiences in investigating and handling a number of cases where the laws governed by the Fair Trade Commission are applicable, e.g. the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, the Fair Transactions in Franchise Business Act, the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act and the Fair Agency Transactions Act, etc. She has provided education and compliance consulting, and planned relevant seminars, for companies. She has also handled fair trade issues of platform operators and has expertise in antitrust cases in a wide variety of industries.
