Biography
Seung Ku Hong is a Partner at Yoon & Yng LLC. Drawing on his diverse and substantive experience as a Judge, he handles civil and criminal litigations as well as transactions in relation to corporations, general civil and criminal disputes, and various application matters. In particular, having managed a construction task force at the court for four years, he demonstrates acute expertise in real estate and construction litigation.
After completing his training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Mr. Hong began his public service as a Judge at the Seoul Western District Court. He then served as a Judge at the Seoul Central District Court, Gunsan Branch of Jeonju District Court, Suwon District Court, Ansan Branch of Suwon Family Court, and Seoul High Court, Judicial Researcher (exclusivity, and new criminal matters team) at the Supreme Court, and Presiding Judge at the Jeonju District Court, Seoul High Court, and Busan High Court. Following his role as the Presiding Judge at the Seoul High Court, he retired from public service in 2002 and joined Yoon & Yang LLC.
