Myong-Hyon (Brandon) Ryu is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main areas of practice include corporate advisory, M&A, and private equity.
With nearly 25 years of experience in cross-border M&A and global corporate advisory, Mr. Ryu has gained extensive experience by successfully advising on numerous large and complex transactions both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Ryu has been recognized as one of "Korea's Top 100 Lawyers" by Asia Business Law Journal and has been named a leading lawyer in the Corporate/M&A field by Chambers and Partners Global/Asia-Pacific, Legal 500, asialaw Profiles, Legal Times, and PLC.

He has taught at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Sungkyunkwan University, Korea University, and the Korea In-House Counsel Association. He has contributed articles on M&A, corporate law, and anti-corruption law, and actively participates as a speaker and panelist at various domestic and international conferences and academic events, including those organized by IBA, IPBA, and IAKL.
