Biography
Jeong Dae Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is litigation.
Mr. Park served as a judge at Daegu District Court and Daegu High Court, a judicial researcher at the Supreme Court, and a presiding judge at Jeonju District Court, Suwon District Court and Seoul Administrative Court. In particular, as a judicial researcher in charge of criminal and labor issues at the Supreme Court, he addressed labor administrative cases. Further, he served as the secretary of the Labor Law Society of the Supreme Court and co-authored Theories and Practices of Administrative Lawsuits published by the Seoul Administrative Court. These first-hand experiences and in-depth understanding have made him an expert in administrative and labor-related trials.
