Biography
Eugene Kim is an expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice area is bio health.
Ms. Kim majored in nursing at Yonsei University and public health policy at Seoul National University Graduate School of Public Health. She studied drug policies and health insurance system of Korea. Ms. Kim worked in the Market Access Team of Edwards Lifesciences, where she was in charge of listing of medical devices for insurance benefits. In addition to medical devices, she has contributed to strategies and procedures for listing of various new drugs, including anticancer drugs, orphan drugs, and chronic disease treatments. She is a medical expert with both theoretical knowledge and practical experiences.
