Biography
Taekyung Kim is a Chief Expert Advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are healthcare and pharmaceutical reimbursement consulting.
Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, Mr. Kim primarily handled matters related to the listing of new drugs at the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA), and is one of Korea’s leading experts in economic evaluation and indirect comparison studies, which are key areas of health technology assessment (HTA) for evaluating the value of pharmaceuticals. In particular, he has provided the pharmaceutical industry with up-to-date knowledge and practical experience through various educational programs and seminars.
Mr. Kim also provided clients with advice on various healthcare-related matters at Yulchon LLC, and successfully handled a number of issues arising during the pharmaceutical listing and post-listing management processes. Having worked at both a government agency and law firm, he has extensive practical experience in pharmaceutical listing and post-listing management, enabling him to provide optimal strategies tailored to each matter.
