Biography
Taekyung Kim is an expert counsel at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is healthcare.
Prior to joining Yoon & Yang, Mr. Kim primarily handled matters on registration of new drugs at the National Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA), and is one of the handful of experts in Korea on economic assessment and indirect comparison which is the key field in health technology assessment (HTA) related to assessing the value of pharmaceuticals. He also has experience advising clients on various healthcare issues at Yulchon LLC, and successfully handled a number of issues that arise during the process of pharmaceutical registration and ex post management.
