Biography
Woo Seok Ryu is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include the defense industry, public procurement contracts, construction and corporate law.
Mr. Ryu obtained his LL.B. from Seoul National University Department of Law and his J.D. from University of Seoul Law School. After graduation, he worked at the Regulatory Reform and Legal Affairs Division of the Public Procurement Service and the Supervision and Support Division of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. He has built a wide range of expertise and experiences in litigations and consulting related to the defense industry and public procurement contracts, etc.
