Biography
Beom Hong is a foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are general corporate law, overseas construction, energy and defense industry.
Mr. Hong served as a judge advocate in the Republic of Korea Army (ROK Army Headquarters, the High Military of Korea and Defense Acquisition Program Administration).
Before joining Yoon & Yang, he worked in the International Legal Affairs Team of Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. as an in-house counsel, where he was involved contractual clarifications and claim/dispute negotiations for some of its major overseas construction projects in the MENA, Africa, and Southeast Asia regions.
