[Civil & Criminal Matters]

• Represented an airline company involving managerial disputes with a construction company and a holdings company, and handled the litigation seeking preliminary injunction against exercise of voting rights, preliminary disposition on permitting exercise of voting rights, and revocation of resolution by a general meeting of shareholders
• Represented the President of the Korean Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants and handled the litigation seeking preliminary disposition suspending performance of duties
• Represented the President of the Korean Association of Licensed Real Estate Agents and handled the litigation on matters related to election of the president, including preliminary disposition suspending the validity of the decision on invalidation of election, preliminary injunction against opening ballot box, preliminary disposition suspending performance of duties, and affirmation of invalidation of election
• Handled the litigation involving various distribution associations and companies, and the litigation seeking preliminary disposition on perusal and copying of account books
• Represented a bank and handled the litigation involving the agreement on investment of warrants and claim for payment of deposits equivalent to the payment of shares
• Represented a management company and handled the litigation involving disposition of put options under the investment discretionary agreement with a non-life insurance company, and the litigation seeking damages on the grounds of breach the management guideline and fiduciary duty
• Represented an asset management company and an investment fund in the litigation seeking payment of share purchase price upon exercise of right to purchase redeemable convertible preferred shares among the relevant parties
• Represented fire & marine insurance companies, and advised on various legal matters and handled litigations
• Handled the litigation related to a dispute on church property rights arising from internal conflicts with a non-corporate church foundation, and succeeded in having the Supreme Court reverse and remand the first and second-instance court judgments as to the determination of whether members who voted for change of a bishop withdrew from the church (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2009Da67658 and Supreme Court Decision 2009Da67665)
• Handled various litigations seeking preliminary disposition affirming the status of an unlimited liability partner regarding PEF and merits of the case, preliminary injunction against a resolution by the general meeting of members, and compensation for damages arising from obligatory nonperformance
• Represented a cryptocurrency exchange and handled litigations seeking compensation for damages and criminal complaints with respect to unlawful taking of cryptocurrencies
• Advised a fashion group company on organizational restructuring

• Represented a construction company’s supervisor during the investigative phase and criminal trial who was charged with occupational manslaughter in the accident involving the collapse of a ventilation fan located in Pangyo
• Represented employees in charge of labor management affairs in the criminal trial relating to the violation of the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act
• Represented a construction company’s employees responsible for the Wind Power Complex Development Project in the criminal trial who were charged with giving bribes by breach of trust
• Represented the head and administrative manager of a private education institute in the criminal trial who were charged with occupational embezzlement
• Represented a supplier company’s representative in the investigative phase and criminal trial who was charged with conspiring with an employee of a shipbuilding company to embezzle the supplied goods of the shipbuilding company
• Represented a construction company’s representative and a treasury officer in the criminal trial relating to the appropriation of the company’s construction payments
