Biography
Hyoseop Ahn is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include real estate and construction, media, and criminal litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Ahn has expertise not only in conventional disputes in construction, e.g. those involving construction costs, cost sharing, indirect costs, defects and subcontracting, but also in a wide variety of different issues in urban improvement projects, development projects, energy projects, SOC-related private investment projects and public contracts, etc.

- Advised on plant-related issues for the Samcheok coal-fired thermal power plant, Dangjin Biomass Power Plant, and Pocheon Combined Cycle Power Plant, and handled relevant litigations and arbitrations
