Biography
Dong Bok Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are litigations and criminal law.
As a judge, Mr. Park addressed lawsuits in a wide range of civil, criminal and administrative cases at the Changwon District Court, Suwon District Court, Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Southern District Court and Suwon High Court. In particular, he built experiences in criminal law at major criminal departments including the anti-corruption department. As a graduate of Korea National Police University, Mr. Park has a keen sense and capabilities in effectively responding to criminal investigations. Further, he has plenty of experiences in administrative affairs that he obtained while working as the director for ethics and audit, judicial administrative officer and public information officer at the National Court Administration.
