YOON&YANG

Mr. Jung is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice area involves providing advisory services on corporate legal affairs, including international construction claims, arbitration, as well as project financing.

Before joining Yoon & Yang LLC, he worked as an in-house counsel and general counsel for SK Energy (formerly Yukong Limited) and SK ecoplant (previously SK Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd). His experience encompasses various arbitration forums, such as ICC, LCIA, SICA, HKIAC, KCAB, and ICSID and involves reviewing large-scale project financing contracts for roads, bridges, dams and plants.

In recent years, he also served as Vice President of Renewables at SK ecoplant, overseeing activities in energy sectors, such as solar, onshore/offshore wind and ESS business development. His responsibilities included creating practical solutions for claims, M&A, project financing, and the related matters.
