Biography
Adrian is a senior attorney with his practice focused on general corporate advisory matters including international commercial transactions, alternative dispute resolutions, corporate compliance and governance and regulatory reform strategy.
Adrian has significant experiences in both private practice and corporate in-house tenure, starting with Feller Drysdale in Canada and Kim, Shin & Yu in Korea (merged with Yoon & Yang) and later moving in-house as Head of Legal for Diageo Group in Japan and Korea as well as VP, Area General Counsel and Head of External Affairs for BAT Group in North Asian markets.
