Myung Hee Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and her main practice area is criminal defense.
After completing the class at the Judicial Research & Training Institute, Ms. Park served as a prosecutor at the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, Incheon District Prosecutors’ Office (Bucheon Branch), Euijeongbu District Prosecutors’ Office, Changwon District Prosecutors’ Office, Jeju District Prosecutors’ Office, and Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors’ Office. Thereafter, she went on to consecutively hold various positions – namely, senior prosecutor of the Criminal 2 Division at Changwon District Prosecutors’ Office (Tongyeong Branch), senior prosecutor of the Hearing Division at Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office, gender equality policy officer of the Human Rights Policy Division at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, and senior prosecutor of the Criminal 2 Division at Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors’ Office. She retired from her public career as a senior prosecutor of the Criminal 1 Division at Daegu District Prosecutor’s Office.
