Biography
Hanchil Kim is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC, serving as the director of the Yoon & Yang’s Tashkent Office. His main practice area is to provide Korean corporations with legal advice on M&A, resources development, PF, construction projects and dispute resolution in Russia and Central Asia.
Mr. Kim lectures on the Russian law practice as an adjunct professor at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Law School, and is also an outside director of the Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.

- Advised Shinhan Bank, Shindong, and KN Entertainment Consortium on the purchase of 47% shares of Yolreftrans (a state-run railway company in Uzbekistan)
- Advised BH Co., Ltd. on acquisition of 50% shares in Au-Turon (a gold mine developer in Uzbekistan)
