He has held numerous key leadership positions, including Secretary in the Office of Welfare and Labor at the Presidential Secretariat, Director of Wage Policy at the Labor Standards Bureau, Director-General of Labor-Management Policy and Labor Policy at the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and Director-General for Vocational Competency Development Policy, Employment Services Innovation, Labor Market Policy, and Employment Policy. He also served as the Ministry’s Spokesperson.
